History

The client was a technology start up that was trying to develop a real-time performance management, coaching and feedback, employee survey and reward and recognition platform to help companies reach peak performance, build strong cultures and better understand organizational health. The client did not have the HR expertise to design the products for today’s technologically driven marketplace.

The Process

✔   Met with the CEO and his leadership team to learn about the business model, objectives and needs

✔   Worked with developers and customer success teams to design and create a roadmap for components of a tech-forward, data driven engagement platform for the development of critical talent management processes

✔   Developed user guides, training and approach for execution for a diverse client base

✔   Partnered with the company’s clients to obtain product feedback, interpret data and survey results and help facilitate implementation

✔   Supported HR director and Leadership Team with internal human resources activities and issues as needed, including providing executive coaching, updating development plans and facilitating restructuring activities

✔   Represented the company on various webinars and speaking engagements as a talent and employee engagement expert; trained employees on human resources and employee engagement topics
